When you upload documents for analysis:

  • Document text: Processed by our AI to generate analysis results
  • Document metadata: File name, size, upload date, and format
  • Analysis results: Risk assessments, identified clauses, and recommendations generated by our AI

Important: Documents uploaded for demo analysis (without login) are processed in real-time and are NOT stored on our servers. Only registered users who choose to save analysis results will have their documents stored in their account history.

2.3 Payment Information

When you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Payment card information: Processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do NOT store your full credit card numbers on our servers
  • Billing information: Name, billing address, and transaction history
  • Stripe customer ID: Used to manage your subscription

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our Service:

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs

  • Payment security: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe; we never store your card details

After the retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your information. Some information may be retained in backup systems for up to 30 additional days before permanent deletion.
